things i learnt from Dr oz today
- a cold shower each day can help you jump start your metabolism (interesting)....especially if you are trying to loose that last ten pounds....
- for those moody days (when hormones are driving our emotions), apparently kimchi (4-5 teaspoons) can help with this because it repopulates the good bacteria in your gut which enhances seratonin production ( generally any type if fermented food).
- having all fat milk instead of skim milk with your breakfast can help jump start your day because it doesn't stimulate insulin (interesting)
- fat flushing tea ( yerba mate tea) can help you lose fat by speeding you digestion and reduces fat absorption in the body. Interesting, i am into the whole green tea thing now but maybe i will try this tea. Apparently it is also full of antioxidant
- cassia cinnamon (not ceylon, which rolls up from both sides), casia rolls up from one side helps with a stable blood sugar which helps with energy, weight loss and decreases hunger
- ala ( alpha lipoic acid) - wonderful antioxidant ( 200-400mg everyday)
- superman stability pose, basically a plank with one hand off the floor ( for a min)....do repetitions for 5 mins.....
- things to help you increase your libido and enjoy sex more
dark chocolate
pomgranate (increases blood flow to u know what )
pine nuts (zinc helps promote testosterone production)
estrogen pills or creams ( helps decrease pain during sex), you need a prescription for this
ky vaginal lubricants, called liquibeads( capsules that you insert in your vagina and last about four days)
marca root powder ( helps you get orgasms, interesting)
so thats what i learnt from Dr oz.... i think i will try some of these.....and hopefully i can lose that last ten pounds..... i also want to add that i love dr oz but sometimes i feel like he is a product pusher....but i still love you doctor....
