Gratefulness, is flowing from my heart

Today, I made time to exercise and prioritize self-care—a rare moment, as I often push these things to the bottom of my list. It felt so good to move, knowing that I'm taking positive steps to improve my health. Moving forward, my goal is to exercise four times a week, even if it's just for 10 minutes. That said, I’m incredibly grateful for my body, for the simple gift of movement and the ability to function without limitations. I’m thankful for the flexibility in my day that allows me to shift things around and still get things done. Truly, I’m filled with gratitude for it all.
