the thirty day challenge

so i watched a presentation on TEDS about making small changes every thirty days that eventually amount to big changes and i have decided to give this principle a try. So the plan is to add something new or change something every thirty days and by day 30 it will probably be second nature. So since this is the first day of march i am going to wake up every morning at 830 except on days when i work nights or in the early morning. I think i need to change my sleeping habits big time. This is because on most days when i am not working i am a bed potato...i sleep until 12 noon and this habit is something i really want to eliminate. So i have decided to wake up at 830am every morning for the next thirty days ....wish me luck....
