follow your dreams

hello blog....its been a very long while....and in this while a lot happened. I got married and also got pregnant in less that two months. I am presently 13 weeks pregnant and i cannot wait to be a mom....i know its gonna be hard from here....but i am looking forward to this next phase in my life.


Anyways, in the past weeks i have reevaluated my goals....i have totally scrapped all my goals for the year....i once heard a quote that said "if u want to make God laugh tell him your plans....and this is so true in my life right now. I went from being the career driven single lady...with one goal in mind, finish all my schooling by thirty and then think about getting a baby...but i have re-evaluated all that in this short little while. I stopped my voice lessons, put my photography course on hold and also stopped my french language classes because my first trimester was very hard for me. I was always sick and the little energy i had was dedicated to one thing surviving. Now that i am entering my second trimester, i feel better and can finally think about whats next for me. I think one thing is for sure by Gods grace, i am going to have a family of my own next january....but everything else is uncertain....one theme i that keeps running in my mind, that has never changed but gotten clearer....is follow your dreams. No matter what....i vow to follow my dreams....xoxo lovies
