the boiling frog

i heard an analogy last year about how if u put a frog in boiling hot water it jumps out immediately because it know that it is a dangerous situation, but if u put a frog in cold water and put it on the stove on low heat, it adapts itself to the point that it does not recognise that it is in a dangerous situation. That is what is happening to my beloved country. It is slowly getting worse each day that Nigerians have learnt to adapt to the difficulties they face, but i feel like we are about to reach a boiling point, when adaptation would no longer be an option.
